Our mission is to see the under-privileged children in north Vietnam provided with a safe, stable living environment, an opportunity to study, and a chance to grow and mature in a healthy environment.
Our vision is to see under-privileged children in North Vietnam grow up into mature, educated, healthy adults who will be socially active in their society, present and engaged in their families and able to teach others the value of helping those in need.
